Ballroom Dance

Are you interested in learning how to Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Swing, or Jive? Do you have a passion for dancing? Whatever your reason may be, Ballroom Dance Club is the place for you. No one has two left feet!

Experienced or not, you can enjoy learning and performing the various ballroom styles. The club hosts several events on campus, including participation in Bear Day and a Masquerade Ball. They are also very active off campus as well, participating in local dances such as Howard Community Dance. Initially, new members are taught simple dances that fit with popular music, and then advance overtime. So do not be surprised when you find yourself waltzing across campus in no time flat. All you have to do is ask, "Shall we dance?"

Club Practice: 8 am on Mondays in the University Center's Aerobics Room
