Behavior Reporting Form

If this is an emergency or you suspect criminal activity is currently taking place, please contact Mercer Police immediately (478) 301-2911.

The purpose of this reporting system is to create a means to alert the Associate Dean of Students about inappropriate, disruptive, or threatening behavior. Once you have completed the form, the Associate Dean of Students will review the information and will determine the appropriate response.
