Bear Fair

Bear Fair is an annual event at Mercer University designed to introduce our newest Mercurialness to the campus, organizations, and the Macon area.

**Organizations must be renewed for the 2012/2013 school year to register for a table.

Organizations, businesses and departments may complete the registration form if interested in participating. Completion of a form does not guarantee registration. You will receive an email confirmation or email notifying you of your status on a wait list.

Please note that table space is limited, and organizations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Non-renewed organizations will not be allowed to participate. Please see the student organization web page and follow the link to the renewal document.

 As a Bear Fair participant, you will be have one covered (plastic table covering) 6 ft. or 8 ft. table (length of table is dependent on availability) and two chairs. You are encouraged to bring as much flair for your table as possible.  In the past, some organizations have attracted students with food, drinks, giveaways (pens, notepads, trinkets, etc.), and prize drawings. Please keep in mind that electrical sources will be limited so we may not be able to grant requests for electricity. Also, please be aware that your table display cannot promote drugs and/or alcohol, or contain offensive materials.
