To enhance the overall educational experience of all students through involvement within the Mercer and Macon communities including campus wide cultural, educational and social programming, leadership development and volunteerism, and Greek life/student organization participation.
The Office of Campus Life and Student Involvement strives to enhance student life by promoting involvement in the Mercer community as well as leadership development. This mission is accomplished by providing educational, social, and cultural campus-wide programming through Mercer’s student activities board, QuadWorks, and by providing direct advisement for the governing bodies of Mercer’s seventeen chapters of (inter)national Greek-letter organizations. Our office also advises the Mercer Maniacs student spirit group and coordinates the Center for Community Engagement.
The Office of Campus Life and Student Involvement also provides services, leadership development resources, and recognition programs for Mercer’s nearly 140 student organizations. Developing relationships with many Macon community organizations, including the College Hill Alliance, the Office of Campus Life and Student Involvement encourages students to become engaged in the Macon community, especially within areas adjacent to Mercer’s campus.
Please feel free to stop by our office anytime! We’re located adjacent to Duncan Lounge on the top floor of the Connell Student Center. We can also be reached at (478) 301-2868 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
